NexusMods.com is the largest video game modding site on the internet, serving over 15 million monthly users who download and share mods for more than 2,000 games, spanning classics to the latest releases. With a thriving community of 38 million registered users—and growing fast—our platform is supported by two dedicated in-house Community Managers and a global team of volunteer moderators who maintain high standards across the board.

At Nexus Mods, I’ve introduced design thinking methodologies and spearheaded the creation of a design system, developed in close collaboration with our engineering team. I’ve grown and coached the design team to elevate both the quality and velocity of our output, while also staying hands-on with design execution. Alongside this, I contribute at a strategic level, shaping user experience decisions across the organisation.

To strengthen our feedback loop, we’ve harnessed our highly engaged Discord community, setting up private focus group channels that reflect our core personas. This gives us a steady stream of qualitative insights on both the current site and upcoming features.

I currently oversee the design and UX of our main platform—including the full site redesign at next.nexusmods.com—as well as Vortex, our popular mod manager, which we’re rebuilding completely from the ground up.
